Service Agreement: Refunds are available within 2 days from the service commencement date, provided there are no breaches of the service agreement.

Refund Conditions: Refunds are processed only if the project has not met agreed-upon milestones or deliverables.

No Refunds for Digital Services: Services like website development, digital marketing, and app development are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.
