Payment Terms: Clients must follow the payment schedule defined in the project agreement. Late payments may incur penalties.
Intellectual Property: All work completed by HSDA remains our property until full payment is made. Once paid, ownership is transferred to the client.
Service Modifications: HSDA reserves the right to update service terms or pricing and will notify clients in advance.
